  • If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will reperform the service within three days
  • We do not take checks. Please do not add tip to credit card
  • Minimum charge is $10
  • Appointments are required for all spa services
  • We reserve the right to take the next customer if you arrive 10 min. late for your appointment. You will be able to wait for the next available nail tech
  • Please allow 24 hours notice in advance for cancellation or rescheduling your appointment. Your promptness is appreciated
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. We also do not take expired gift certificates or coupons
  • For your convenience, please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problems or allergies that may affect your serviceIn consideration of our custumers, children visit only when receiving service
  • You may return a product only if it is in original condition for store credit or exchange within 5 days of purchase with your receipt
